While the Seestar is wonderfully portable, most use is from the home.\u00a0 Mounting to a pre-aligned Equatorial Pier is hugely convenient.\u00a0 There\u2019s no tripod to set out and no fuss in achieving alignment as the pier mount is already precisely aligned to the celestial pole.\u00a0 Simply slip your Seestar onto the permanently aligned mount.\u00a0 Instead of a 10 minute setup procedure, in 10 seconds you\u2019re ready to go.<\/p>

The EZ Pier Mount Kit is fabricated from aluminum, with stainless steel hardware.\u00a0 Designed for exposure to the elements, it is impervious to heat and cold and snow and rain.\u00a0 It is supplied with a\u00a0 pipe flange so that it may be mounted to a\u00a0 \u00be\u201d pipe embedded into the ground, the top of a fence post, or the top of a deck railing.\u00a0 The flange may be discarded for direct mounting to a 4\u2033X4\u2033 timber, fence post, or railing.<\/p>

Lightweight and compact, the thick rigid 6061 aircraft aluminum alloy offset arm is custom formed to your latitude.\u00a0\u00a0Fine adjustment is achieved by screw adjustment.\u00a0<\/p>

The EZ Mount is designed to take advantage of ZWO\u2019s equatorial mode firmware.\u00a0 Seestar\u2019s standard azimuth configuration is quicker and easier to set up than the superior equatorial mode configuration.\u00a0 The EZ Pier Mount eliminates all setup.\u00a0<\/p>
